Cornerstone Bedford Asphalt Paving provides asphalt paving, sealcoating, repair, striping, and related paving services to residential and commercial customers in the Bedford, TX area. The specific scope of work for each project is defined in a written estimate or service agreement provided to the customer before work begins. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
All estimates are based on information available at the time of the site visit and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are not guaranteed contracts. Final pricing may change if the scope of work changes, site conditions differ materially from what was visible at the time of the estimate, or unforeseen conditions are discovered during the project.
We will notify you of any material price changes before proceeding with work that falls outside the original scope.
Project scheduling is subject to crew availability, weather conditions, and material availability. We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon start dates but do not guarantee specific start dates or completion times. Weather delays and other circumstances beyond our control may shift the schedule.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after materials have been ordered or crews have been dispatched may result in a cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred. We will inform you of any such charges before they are applied.
Payment terms are specified in the written estimate or service agreement for each project. A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless other terms have been agreed to in writing.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges or collection fees as permitted by applicable law. Work will not commence or continue on any project where payment is past due on a prior project.
You are responsible for ensuring that the work area is accessible and clear of vehicles, equipment, and personal property before the crew arrives. You are also responsible for obtaining any required HOA approvals before work begins. Delays caused by your failure to meet these responsibilities may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
We warrant that our work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. Any warranty on materials or workmanship is limited to the terms stated in the written service agreement for your specific project.
Asphalt is a natural product affected by weather, temperature changes, soil movement, and vehicle use. Normal wear, minor surface cracks resulting from soil movement or thermal expansion, and changes in appearance due to oxidation are not covered under any workmanship warranty. We do not warrant against conditions caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to expansive soil movement, tree root intrusion, vehicle fluid spills, or acts of nature.
Our website and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornerstone Bedford Asphalt Paving will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or your use of our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project will not exceed the total amount you paid us for that project.
